How evidence is scored

Clearhouse publishes observations, not verdicts. The attestation model is a certificate authority ("this endpoint answered for this address at this time"), not a ratings agency ("this service is safe"). Everything below is served live from /v0/methodology so this page can never drift from what the API actually does.
